"Paedocypris Progenetica (small fish)" was created in collaboration with Vaclav Kunes for Korzo Theater's 'Here We Live and Now' programme. it is an investigation into the concept of dystopia and the three main characters from George Orwell's "1984".

in the world of "Paedocypris Progenetica (small fish)" the truth is that uniformity makes for increased security. once the people follow the same line, internal hazards can be expelled and the society's efforts can focus on the external enemy. this is where the real danger lies. if the individual has nothing to hide, then there is no need to fear the eyes of authority. the authority is there to protect the people from internal and external enemies. obstruct the authority in any way and the individual endangers the safety of the people. in no case is this permissible. control is safety. rules are freedom. without structure, chaos. god bless the glorious leadership.

the piece was performed at Korzo on 2, 3, 4 and 5 february 2006 and had another three shows in september of the same year.

another version of "Paedocypris Progenetica (small fish)" was performed with a different cast in Ponec Theater, Prague on 1 and 2 may 2006. it subsequently toured the Czech Republic on several dates in 2006 and is part of the first Triglav Company programme which premiered in Korzo in may 2007.
